I’ve came to this restaurant a couple of times now. The food is really good. Very tender, juicy brisket. The prices are about average compared to other bbq joints, with a comfortable atmosphere. The only reason I didn’t give this a 5 star rating, is due to the staff, not a very friendly group of people. Both times I went, they seemed to be pretty unhappy to be there, kinda depressing.

Witt Pit makes some of the best barbecue in this area. I had the ribs, chicken, and brisket and all were moist and had that regional texture flavor that used to exist in this area quite some time ago. Literally this is one of the best you can get meat wise; it's almost like being invited to someone's house for barbecue. It would be a five star review except I felt like the potato salad and slaw I got tasted just a little too run of the mill but I really can't complain because the meats were absolutely phenomenal.

Enjoyed this place! The ribs and jalapeno sausage were great. Mac was super thick and cheesy and hit the spot. Potato salad was the yellow variety and very good. My only complaint is the brisket was pretty dry. Based on the other food, I would definitely go back and give their brisket a second chance. 

Staff was nice and helpful. Atmosphere was good for a small bbq joint. I would recommend.

Best Brisket and even better green beans. We go twice a week and enjoy every bite. Friendly and good service as well

The Brisket was about a 9/10, the sausage and all of the sides are like 12/10. Soo good. Sausage was bangin and may be the best coleslaw I ever had. Potato salad was perfect as well. Individual meat prices are a bit expensive, the sides are very reasonable. The the meat places are an excellent value.I eat like a sumo wrestler and I had a tough time finishing the 3 meat and 2 sides plate. I think it was only $12 or $14. That was awesome.
