We booked an appointment for the community center to celebrate my son's first birthday. Melissa, the bookings coordinator was so rude and condescending when we requested to change to another available date.
For lack of good communication skills, she suggested we cancel our booking. I felt like she owned the place and had full authority over whom she would give bookings to and whom not !
