Terrible car wash. Water pressure here sucks. The automatic one is literally the worst I have found, and the do-it-yourself Bay is way more expensive than any others. For a do-it-yourself car wash go to the one in Rockton or off 173 and 251. Both have much better water pressure and give you more wash time for less money. For an automatic wash, mobile just down the street charges an easy $2 less and gives you about twice as long as a wash with water pressure that is actually stronger than your garden hose. Not kidding, that's how bad this place is.

I used cash to wash my car and then needed to add more to rinse but machine would not accept cash. I then used my debit card and hit the stop button when complete otherwise you will be charged 25.00. The display said I would be charged 3.58. Later I noticed on bank app that I have a 25.00 fee processing. I called the number and was instantly attacked with attitude explaining it's my banks fault, don't I ever see the signs on gas pumps and such. I responded that I do and am only charged 1.00 and then w.e. my actual gas pumped was.. in this scenario there is no 3.58 processing. I explained fine.. I will only call back if later in week this 25 sticks. He then continued to scream I should only use cash and again I explained it would no accept anymore bills. He repeatedly tried to trash talk me with not knowing the difference between pending and processing, as well it's not his machines but my banks and I insisted we did not need to continue arguing and he even offered to come down and meet me almost threatening. That I would have enjoyed. In the end he told me to not come back. Regardless of if I am accurately charged or not I will not do business with this hot head ever again. The sign at was displays any questions followed with phone number. Once you call you are aggressively attacked by a whinning sounding bitter man. Right out the gate.

When something happens to your vehicle in the "touch less" car wash and you call to say something and they are rude to you and walk away while you are still talking. That is not okay and not a place I want to take my business again. Customer service is key in any business and this business doesn't have the best customer service!

I take my car through the Touchless Automatic bay in at the Roscoe location pretty frequently and I love it! Their most expensive wash is only $7 and it does a great job of getting the daily grime off of my vehicle. No long lines, no long wait! In and out in a jiffy! (Oh and they take credit cards right at the machine, so convenient!)
