Always charges card wrong, use cash or coins.

It seems every time I go here there is an issue, either with payment discrepancies or or wash. Not sure why I ever think it's going to be better

I just purchased the platinum wash today and I did not get the platinum wash!  This is like the 3rd time this has happened out of my last 5 washes.  I at least got a receipt this time to show what I paid for.  I'm not sure what to do cause there is no website that I can find for my location.
