We purchased a 2017 Honda Pilot EX-L yesterday evening. Mike Jones was our salesman and he was absolutely wonderful, as was the rest of the staff we dealt with. Without going into too much detail, there was a miscommunication somewhere down the line which resulted in a benefit to us as the customer. Instead of going back on their word once they realized the error, they instead chose to honor their word. This really stood out to me as most dealerships put themselves first and not the customer. We have purchased several vehicles in the past from other dealerships and Wolfchase Honda has been the best experience by far. From start to finish the process was smooth and simple. Mr. Jones was very understanding of our situation and I never felt pressured or rushed. Mr. Jones spoke to us with respect and honesty which was greatly appreciated. We can't express how pleased we are with the quality of service we received. We look forward to doing business with Wolfchase Honda in the future. You have gained lifetime customers.

I cannot say enough good things about the service team here. Last Saturday around 3:00, we were driving from our hometown of Nashville to Memphis for an event. 45 miles outside of Memphis our 2011 Pilot began to shudder and lose power. Desperately I started to call dealerships to see if anyone would be willing to help us because if not, we would be stranded in Memphis for a few days. After being turned down by another Honda dealership, a technician at Wolfchase encouraged us to bring it by to see if there was anything they could do. We rolled in about 30 minutes before they closed. They quickly ran a diagnostic analysis and saw that it was related to a recall that would requite a software update to fix. The offered to fix it right then, even though that meant they would have to stay past close to fix it. While repairing that issue, they discovered another recall issue that needed to be fixed as well (the airbags), and corrected it. All in all, they stayed open 2 1/2 hours past closing, fixed our car with no cost to us, and they did so with the kindest attitude. Wow. It feels like this consideration has become a thing of the past, so it was so refreshing to meet the team that truly became heros to us. Thanks to the Wolfchase Honda service team, specifically Walter, Abdul, and Robert!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I always get routine service here because this is where I purchased my vehicle. Several months ago, I was told I needed a cabin air filter and new wiper blades. They were never changed or replaced and today they were in excellent condition per "multi-point inspection". Another time, I was told my battery was in excellent condition and a week later, my car was inoperable due to a dead battery. My next visit, I mentioned the previous issues to my service rep and also expressed that I feel that they cannot be trusted. I was reassured that I had nothing to worry about. Today, I requested an oil change and tire rotation. I was told that i needed a transmission flush, but a current recall was never mentioned. I happened to remember the recall and was told it would be taken care of. When my service was complete, I paid and went on my way. As I washed my car this evening, I noticed something about my tires, they were in the SAME position as they were when we my husband and I looked at them this morning and noticed how worn the front ones were!!! I hate being lied to and I KNOW that I cannot trust Wolfchase Honda any longer. I will be speaking to the service manager ASAP and not using them for ANY services, vehicle purchases, or recommendations in the future. They are essentially thieves and it makes me wonder what else they lie to consumers about. What a terrible place. SHAMEFUL!!! Forgot to add... I needed new batteries for both of my keys, paid for them to be changed during service appointment. The keys began to alert that the batteries were low not long after so at my next oil change I asked that they be looked at. The guy at the service desk opened them and said that the batteries had NEVER been changed and that they were the original batteries that came with the keys when I bought the car. THIS PLACE IS CROOKED. BEWARE!!!

Both the sales department and the service department have been great to us so far. We bought our car from Larry. He was really knowledgeable about the Odyssey we were shopping for. He wasn’t high pressure and answered all our questions. You should definitely ask for him if you are looking there. Unfortunately we have already had to deal with the service department. Skyler was very helpful and got us into a loaner without us having to push for it. He kept us updated while our car was being worked on. The service manager also helped us get a thorough explanation of what was going on and made sure we had been taken care of. I will gladly continue to bring our van here for maintenance and service.

I bought a Fit last month that just broke down today with repairs not covered by the extended warranty I bought. Rude Erin from service said "routine maintenance" about as many times as their commercials say "Are you ready?" Apparently everyone knows to get a tune-up when you get a used car. Everyone except me. She turned into a broken record after a certain point. I have no clue when I can afford the repairs. NEVER GO HERE.
