The place is decent. My issue was the funeral director. Getting on to ppl for not being in a perfect line to see their loved one. Mostly, coming up to me and my friend to tell us to hurry up when we get to the casket.... "Sir, we have not even made it there to say goodbye to our loved one, could you not rush us? There's still a line out the door!" If we were at the casket and were taking to long, I'd understand, but to approach people that are visibly upset in lineto tell them to hurry before they even get to see their loved one? That's ridiculous.
The staff was kind, respectful, and made our family feel comforted. Thank you.
The funeral director was nice enough, like someone selling you a refrigerator. They were informative but completely lacking of compassion. Nobody offered condolences, not once! They helped with paperwork, sold us an urn and said goodbye. My father died from Covid and the funeral director sat across from us with her mask on her chin. UNBELIEVABLE. So unprofessional.
The initial meeting was fine and they were very caring. Places like this get you in your grief. We had an insurance policy they just pushed back to us and said you have to file this yourself. We know now, they were not on the list to accept it and did not want to point that out. They have exorbitant prices. They put the wrong information on the death certificate which has caused us additional work in dealing with the estate. The headstone took MONTHS to come add a death date and add etchings. One of the etchings was wrong and ultimately had to be replaced. The whole experience was simply not pleasant and we will not use them again. This was far too much money for all the mishaps.
Just attended my cousin's funeral earlier today done by Wolfe Bayview; very, very pleased with the Wolfe Bayview's work, services, and amminities.... This is at least the 19th funeral I've attended of a friend or family member done by Wolfe Bayview. I cannot express in words how good, professional, caring, helpful ect. ect..... Wolfe Bayview is and has been to me, my family, and friends. THANK YOU WOLFE BAYVIEW SO, SO MUCH!

Original Malísimo servicio los contratamos por el servicio de refrigerador, y nos entregaron el cuerpo con gusanos nos cobraron por el servicio y lo hicieron todo mal, no embalsamaron el cuerpo como devia ser, si quieres hacer envío de un cuerpo no los pongas como opción cobran por el refrigerador y el proceso de preparación del cuerpo una suma demasiado elevada y no saben ni lo que están haciendo, si pudiera demandarlos creeename que lo haría pero por memoria de mi difunto no lo hago no tiene caso.
