Harley and Kevin were here well within the time frame that I had been given for their arrival. They were very polite, professional and personable. Great care was always exercised with the house and property.  Everything about the installation went smoothly for me. Energetically working on a hot, muggy day, their job was finished, pristinely cleaned up, equipment familiarized to me, a "tasks completed" checklist gone over with me and papers signed before the end of the afternoon. I'm very pleased with the service that we received with the installation of our new furnace and air conditioner.

Steven Olson was a phenomenal technician.  He was prompt, communicated thoroughly, was extremely attentive and effective.  Our air conditioning unit stopped working entering into a week of record heat.  Steven solved the problem quickly and effectively.  He was patient and courteous and even helped teach me ways to improve the effectiveness of our units as well as coached me on proper preventive maintenance.   Because of our experience today we will be coming to Wolfer's for all of our preventative and reactive needs!

My Husband and I purchased our water softener and RO system from Wolfer's Heating & Air Conditioning through a program at Costco. From the very first phone call to initiate the first meeting to our set up service it has been a breeze. The Journey men that showed up at my home to install both systems were very professional and courteous. They both wore white slip on booties. They both explained the process and also saw a situation in my garage that would indicate showing piping outside on the walls. He went out of his way to go the extra mile to drill a hole into the concrete to go under the home rather than along the wall. Every step they took was neat and professional . I will have them back for my other systems on maintaining them. Thank you from a very Happy Customer

We had our yearly furnace /air conditioning "tune-up" today. We were so glad to have Francisco C. back as our technician. He is a very diligent and efficient worker and he takes time to explain what he did and why. We would highly recommend him as the service man to call in the furnace air/conditioning business.

They successfully installed the AC Unit with no problems. However i noticed that they used my bathroom without permission. It was not just them going pee, they also pooped. I know that this occurred because i put the toilet seat down with a box of wipes on top, so that if any of this is disturbed I know they used the toilet.  i came home after they were done and went to go look at the bathroom and come to find that the bathroom door was open, the box of wipes was now on the counter near the sink, The toilet seat was down but the lid was up. Like i stated, "... I put the toilet seat down with a box of wipes on top..." This means they took a poop. Also the vent is nowhere near the toilet so no need to  touch the toilet at all. This is completely unacceptable and upright disgusting.
