Would not recommend.  They haven't completed the job yet but they do not listen to what the customer wants. Or tells them where NOT to put stuff.   They cut holes in walls where they had no business. Cut my home phone line and said it needed moved anyway.  I'm sure in a shop or anywhere that didn't have to look livable they'd do ok.  They cut the top plate on a wall and pushed wires out of "the way" so now they come out the wall.  It will cost me a lot of time and money fixing their "work"

We just had a hard rainstorm over the weekend and had some minor flooding in our basement. On Monday I called Woltils and explained our problem and asked if they installed sump pumps and if they would send someone out to give us an estimate. The lady said, I will stop you right there sir and tell you the work could cost up to $1000 with the labor, parts etc.
I told her that would be ok if they could send someone out for an estimate. She said, Well they wouldnt be able to tell you anything other than what Im telling you now. 
I mentioned their ad in the phone book indicated Free Estimates and we had a unique situation with a large basement but I wasnt in a hurry. She said Well this is your free estimate and we are very busy and I cant drop everything right now. 
Wow!  I told her thank you and I would be calling a competitor. I do not know what part of Im not in a hurry this person didn't understand and I understand the installation would be expensive, but I would rather spend $1000 than clean up my flooded basement again.  This person should NOT be manning the phones at Woltils and gets an F from me. If thats the way they do business, then I want nothing to do with them.
