Jeremy arrived. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. He went to work and resolved my issue quickly. I spoke to him about coming out in an annual basis. He said he would be glad to. I will be having Wolverton Air back out for preventative maintenance and hopefully Jeremy is the Tech.
The Technician Toby Davis came out. He was extremely nice n walked me through what was going on. He showed me the problem with the Air Conditioner n he showed how much the part was n everything. He put in a new filter n cleaned the unit. He was very thorough n what he was doing. I appreciate his hospitality n his advice. Thank u so much Toby n Wolverton Air.
Rick was very professional and helpful with fixing my air conditioning. He explained what went wrong and why. Made suggestions to better help and maintain the unit as it should be. I would recommend him to my family and friends! Wolverton should be glad they have him representing them!
Once again fast and excellent service. Came out same day we called with a/c issue. Diagnosed the problem, ord ered the part and repairs done next day. Technician Toby was friendly, courteous and made sure I was aware of what all was going on.
