The food was good and priced well. What really impressed us was the customer service. We got home and realized we were missing an item. We called the restaurant and they apologized and offered to deliver the item, despite not having a delivery driver that night. Highly recommend this business. Pictures below is the delicious Mac and cheese quesadilla
We had ribs, brisket and pulled pork. The ribs were tough and very fatty, nothing falling off the bone there. The brisket had the texture of overdone London broil. The pulled pork was ok, but kind of dry and nothing came with sauce. The coleslaw and baked beans were also not great. Everything also had almost a lighter fluid taste.
If I could give them 0 stars i would have.. came into town for the weekend. Road up, the place is shambles, the "hostess" had the personality of a wet mop, the " cook" has no teeth. We ordered two "platters" and two kids meals. The kids meals had more food than the platters did. The smoked chicken was over cooked and not smoked at all. The pulled pork tasted like something in the refridgerated meat section. The thimbel size side of mac and cheese was ice cold noodles with shredded cheese thrown in. Collard Greens tasted like they were simmered in dish water. And the hush puppies were like fried tennis balls. Overall horrible experience and will never go back. I would stay away from this place.
We had the quesadilla, ribs and beef burnt ends. Everything had amazing flavor. The best thing was the quesadilla. The ribs and beef ends were a too tough for me.
I have to say that this was one of the worst experiences that I had getting takeout. The food was awful. We went to pick it up and got home and half of our food was missing. The brisket was so fatty that we had to bring it back to pick up the other half of our order. We got a replacement for the brisket and I thought it couldn't get worse but it did. We got the chicken sandwich and it was the smallest thing that you have ever saw. It had zero flavor and it almost looked like it wasn't cooked. The pulled pork was bland and so was the Mac and cheese. When we got back with the wings they were raw. I would not recommend this place at all. If you want good bbq in the Villas go to Wing It.
Ordered the beef burnt ends & tots. Burnt ends were tough & a bit dry. The tots were good. The inside of the building was disgusting. Filth everywhere, the floor was slick with grime, flies buzzing around, food sitting out in the back room. The cook answered the phone while wearing plastic gloves used while cooking. Not going back.
BBQ quesadilla was very good. Brisket and pulled pork was moist, tender, and delicious. A good variety of BBQ sauces as well. Would definitely recommend.
My favorite item to order from here is the BBQ pizzas. They are amazing! I always get a large one and freeze the leftovers for when I need a great quick snack.
We got hush puppies, brisket cheesesteak, and fried ribs. Hush puppies are melt-in-your-mouth and come with a sauce although they’re great all on their own. Brisket cheesesteak was a hefty sandwich and did not disappoint. Fried ribs were good and even better with some hush puppy sauce. The guys at the counter were ready to help and suggest some items for us. Super nice, very knowledgeable. We will be back :
Great customer service and very friendly. The price to food ratio is amazing. The brisket slider, pulled pork slider, fried ribs, and pulled pork were very good. The Sweet and Carolina sauces were both excellent. We unfortunately were not able to try the Smoked Mac and Cheese as it was sold out along with lots of other items, as it was right before close, so make sure to get there early! Coleslaw and Cornbread were not the best in our opinion, so we'll be trying the other sides next time.
