Doctor didn't listen to me when I said I have trouble with pain, didn't give me anything and told me to take Motrin. I did, and it didn't work, so I called back, and they said switch to Aleve. I did, also not helping. Ended up going to ER because I couldnt get to talk to the doctor. Won't be going back

I had my son in February and I loved the office.  I saw every doctor throughout my pregnancy and when it came time to deliver I was comfortable having any of them.  I have no complaints and I thought they were great.  I had to have a C Section it was my second and by far was so much better than my first (which was with another doctors office).  The staff was great as well.

The overall visit at this practice was good. The midwives and staff were great. At the time we had Dr. Johnson & Dr. Gladden. We asked not to see Dr. Bass because she seemed unprepared and distracted. As parents we both had medical related master's degrees and well educated. We had a great delivery via C-section and our child was very healthy. However, in the hospital Dr. Bass botched the circumcision and we had extensive complications regarding his penis, multiple infections and alot of serious concern for his reproductive future. Ultimately he had to have a revison at St. Vincent at age 1, which subsequently healed perfectly. I liked the practice and staff, but wouldn't trust Dr. Bass to fix my cable, let alone deliver my child.
