Had a bulb replaced on a commercial building, two technicians were awsome, left to find replacement, their manager "Jesse Travino" comes to building and starts ranting and raving about not knowing what the bulb size was ect. and demanded old bulb to find replacement. (Mind you that their are 13 other lamps around building with same bulb). After i brought up to him that there are 13 other bulbs he goes on about how he only quoted for an hour of work and his workers were going over...7 minutes after he left his workers came back with correct bulb after we had just backtracked and sent one of our guys over to their business location to show Jesse the bulb. Technicians are awesome but management needs to go through customer service etiquette if all of them are like that Jesse Travino character. I would highly recommend going elsewhere or personally asking that Jesse stay off your work site.
