It bothered me that no one answers the phone I called multiple times and no one was at the office when I got there. What was nice is the check in station is mobile so I could pay when they came to check on me. Passport of America isn't good until October he said that was stated on the website and they are under new management. He did give me the Good Sam's Club discount though which was very nice. Overall ok but management is super nice
