There are mice inside the buildings. The windows in the bedroom do not lock. The maintenance guy will not try to fix the lock. They put wood sticks to stop the window from unlocking. The complex will not take into account of the wear when you are moving out. In fact, the longer you live there , the more charges you will incur because there will be more wear. If you want to end the lease early, the landlord will give you 0 option. They will not try to find the tenant for you to recover your lose. If you are going to live there, make sure you will live there for the whole term. Otherwise, you will incur cost all the way to the end of the lease.   There is water leakage inside the apartment and the heater will make a lot of noise during the winter time. No pet is allowed.
