Employees are always nice and courteous. You can’t browse the store for long before someone asks to be of service. Prices are fairly high for tools and equipment. I usually shop online before I go here.

I asked an employee for help looking for a specific type of wire. He then squatted in front of me to get a closer look at the wire, he farted, and didn't say anything.

I love this store! The USPS store in the back is a great convenience. Javier is always cheerful, friendly, and very knowledgeable about his job. I can't go in to the store at all without someone greeting me and asking if I need help finding anything. I'm not sure what happened with the previous poster, but I've been shopping here for the better part of 20yrs, and I've never had a bad experience.
