I called Woodbury today about a grizzly 400 cooler I ordered. I read some of the reviews and was a bit worried about customer service but so far I'm very pleased. I was told I would have a tracking number by the end of the day and I got it. Zack was very polite and professional and called me to make sure I had the tracking. Thanks Woodbury!

I wanted to thank Woodbury Outfitters for donating over $500 in Youth Archery Equipment to our local Coshocton County Sportsmens Association!  That kind of generosity deserves a big shout out!   Thank you again Woodbury Outfitters

Absolutely terrible customer service AND return policy. It's no wonder why their reviews are garbage. I just wish I read them before I made a purchase.
 I ordered a pair of Thorogood boots through Amazon because I couldn't find them locally. A beautiful pair of boots, unfortunately they run larger in size then the Red Wings I usually buy. I thought it was strange that there was no return shipping label included in the package since everything I've purchased through Amazon included one. So when I contacted their customer service about getting a return label so I could exchange the boots for a smaller size, they beat around the bush refusing to give me any info for the return until I answered their specific questions regarding returns. So after the third attempt I contacted Amazon and they are handling the situation. Unfortunately I'm now stuck with a pair of boots in a box that are too big. 
To the owner of Woodbury Outfitters: Maybe you should pay more attention to the feedback and reviews of your customers. From the reviews I've read it looks like you'll be closing more doors in the near future. 
I forgot to mention they want me to pay return shipping, a 10 percent restocking fee and the cost to re ship another pair of boots.

These people are crooks!!! Worst buying experience of my life! I purchased a fast fire 3 from them a couple of weeks ago. After receiving the sight and trying it on a speed bead mount I decided to just stick with shooting a bead. I requested a return, described why I was returning it and they granted the return as long as I paid return shipping. I paid the $11 to ship it back only to have them say that the box had been opened and that they could not accept the return!!! I could either pay $10 for a THIRD TIME or let them keep it!!!! I talked to the manager and the supervisor,  both were the rudest people that I have ever met!!!! These people are absolute crooks, DO NOT buy from them!!!

Woodbury outfitters used to be a great store to deal with friendly and very reasonable on prices. What ever happened to John ?  Not anymore there some of the most rude people you would ever run across in Coshocton county!  I can drive a hour away and go to Fin Feather Fur were everyone is friendly, helpful a larger selection of anything everything outdoors plus cheaper...
