Wooden Bridge Drygoods

Story

Wooden Bridge Drygoods is huge quilt shop owned by Paul and Anna Mae Martin. The shop is right next to our working dairy farm, so don't be surprised to see (or smell!) some horses and cows. Sounds like we're way out in the country, but we're just 2 minutes from Route 222 and the heart of Kutztown.

I now live 2 hours away, and I still go there for the bulk of my quilting fabric. Anna Mae's prices are the best ANYwhere. The photo shows about 1/6th of her fabric and about 1/10th of her store. She's got 7,000 or more bolts. The rest? Paltry by comparison.

Fabric, fabric, fabric! Quilting heaven, reasonable prices, and the staff is super helpful, ask for a particular fabric and bingo ! They can show you exactly where it should be if it's still in stock. Will do special orders also.

This material, craft store has more material than you can imagine. Great quality and very kind. The Amish operate it and I believe, own it. It's a terrific store. Prices are really good.
