This guy switched jewelry I had on loan with lower quality pieces then claimed they were the same items.  Not much legal action I could take be cause I cant prove it but I can possibly save someone else from making the same mistake.  There's plenty of other legit pawn and loan places near-by, check those out.

The guy sold me a broke laptop that wouldnt charge. I brought it back for a refund and the shop owner got mad and told me i didnt know what i was doing. He refunded me and told me i wasnt allowed back
