Matt came and did a basic furnace checkup on my house to ensure we were ready and safe for all-winter comfort. Scheduling the appointment was super easy. He called ahead to let me know he was en route, arrived exactly at 10am for his 10-1 window. He put on his boot covers, was polite, natural, and considerate. Solid customer service/interaction. He did the job well, was professional and personable, and answered my questions thoroughly. As a military reservist, business professional, and MBA student, he provided the kind of experience I'd want my customers to have.

Andy called and arrived as scheduled. He methodically went through all the plumbing sites and under the house to check systems--we had recently had some plumbing repair work completed and wanted to see status. He was professional, and he took the time to explain the status, items to "keep a watch" --I felt that he did a thorough inspection and report, and I appreciated his explanations which were communicated effectively. Great inspector!

Robert B did a thorough job servicing both our furnace and heat pump. He took the time to explain what he was doing and gave helpful tips on energy conservation. He did a nice job cleaning up after performing the work and was even nice to our dog!

Steve Clubb came to our house to inspect all its plumbing, and Patrick Murphy came to do an electrical inspection. Most of the time, my husband went through our house with Patrick, who explained everything he was doing as they went along, while I walked through the house with Steve, who shared with me precisely what he was doing/finding. At the conclusion of each of their inspections, Steve and Patrick, individually, met with both my husband and me to go over the details of their inspections and gave us advice, without pressure, about improvements we could/should make. Helping us to fully understand certain issues, they were patient and kind in answering questions we had. We were impressed with Steve's and Patrick's professionalism and knowledge of their areas of expertise.

Chris C. from Woodfin completed an annual review of our 39 year old house. He was very knowledgeable and courteous and explained thoroughly each item that needed attention in a way that non-electrician could understand. I recommend him highly.
