A long-time friend visits me from New York each year, and we take a trip somewhere to explore and stretch old muscles and ideas. Woodford's Inn this year was our choice and it was perfect. A plain, well-constructed, satisfying room, whistle clean, with comfortable beds and easy hours. The owners are entirely wonderful - helpful, relaxed, welcoming. They said, "If you need anything at all, just let us know." So we did and I can't say enough good things about them. Want good old down-home comfort and priceless attention at a price you can afford? We'll be back, you bet!

Over-nighted here while bike touring and Ron the owner was very accommodating.  Rooms are clean and look newly updated.   There is a quaint general store & deli just to the right of the intersection.

This place is great.  Clean rooms with all the mod con's and the proprietors are very helpful
and friendly.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The bathroom was fantastic. My ac unit didn't really kick out the cold air but overall it was a great place.
