This location of Woodforest is absolutely horrible. There's one regular teller, who has no clue as to what she's doing. There's the assistant manager, who you will find staring at the monitor of her computer as if she's expecting something to jump through it every time that you pass by or walk up to the location, and then there's the manager who is off to the side or in the locked office most of the time. The customer service is below average, at best. The pamphlets of offers that you will see occassionally on the counter encouraging you to, "Apply Today!", for certain options don't inform you of how long the process will take, which is up to 5 business days! Other banks offer same day service. For the longest time, this location didn't have a manager. They only had an assistant who couldn't find her way out of a wet, paper sack with a knife and a flashlight. Overall, this bank is less than average, including experiences at other locations, on the phone, and with this location. The mailings that are received, as well as the calls, are ALWAYS filled with wrong information! ALWAYS!! Save yourself the headache and go to a bank where you can feel as though your business is wanted! This is definitely NOT the place!! I'll be filing formal complaints with the BBB, the Attorney General of Alabama and Texas very soon about this alleged, "national" bank. They're about as "national" as FedEx is federal! And, those 5 star reviews at the bottom are as fake as can possibly be!! If you've ever been to Cullman, then you'll know why without doubts!

RACIAL DISCRIMINATION!!!!!! The only reason they got one star was cause there isn't an option for 0. I visited this place today 4/12/2016 To pick up money from Western Union sent from my soon to be husband's brother. I waited until a women got up off the computer after standing there for approximately three minutes cause I rarely use Western Union and never have here before so I didn't know what to do. I hand over my paper and Kimberly R. Stone looked over it she didn't even pull up the MTCN, she then asked me "What's this money for?" I said "traveling expenses, My fiance and I are going to visit his family and they're sending us the money from where he's from." SHE DIDN'T EVEN TOUCH THE MOUSE ON THE COMPUTER!!!! Kimberly R. Stone claimed she couldn't process my transaction. When I asked "Why?" in confusions. She said she suspected Fraud when I asked why she said "Why can't your boyfriend pick it up?" ALTHOUGH IT WAS NONE OF HER BUSINESS SINCE IT WAS IN MY NAME AND I HAD A VALID DRIVERS ID. I told her, "We had problems with walmart not accepting his passport as a valid id and we didn't want to have any problems since its coming from so far away." Kimberly R. Stone NEVER TOLD ME WHY SHE THOUGHT IS WAS FRAUD and unethically racially discriminated THIS because she seen it was coming from Saudi Arabia from a guy named Osama( It's the third most popular name for men from 20-56 years old) and rudely embarrassed me in front of another employee and customer. She then made the situation worse by making a sour look on her face and the tone in her voice was VERY hateful My friend's said they heard her gossiping to that employee and the customer after I left, so loudly she could hear and she was going through the checkout isle in front of the bank . She didn't even pull it up on the computer. I just can't believe they wouldn't train their employee's ESPECIALLY one in management about RACIAL DISCRIMINATION. Absolutely astounds me how racism still thrives in the south, you would expect someone in management to put aside their PERSONAL opinions on a situation and DO THEIR JOB PROFESSIONALLY. WHY do you guy's lie on your website about your employee's being professional or giving the highest level of customer service.. Isn't this your motto?
