I called & asked a simple question to other pawn shops & received an attitude over the phone almost everytime. But this store, I called & the lady who answered was genuine, heartwarming & pleasant on the phone. She answered the questions I had & knew her stuff. So instead of going to cash America to buy the product I wanted for less money I decided to come here. Spend a little more & be more satisfied with my buy due to CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The owners are very nice and polite to their customers. If they don't specialize in a product, they will recommend a different broker shop that does. Selection of type of product could be better.

They lowball you so much for loans. I was looking in their knife case and the old lady asked in a harsh tone "why do you need a knife" i said it was for work since i am in construction and use knifes regularly. She looked at me with a cold stare and said "you dont need that for work"...implying that i was lying and was going to use it for something else...stupid lady i was going to buy a knife from you...Her husband on the other hand was nice and even tried to controll her outbursts of rage.

I have used this pawn shop many times over the past 15 years and will continue to do so. I feel they are very fair buying selling or loaning. The owners are good ol, salt of the earth true blooded Americans. And I hope they are around for many more years to come, cause you just don't find nice people like this. Especially not at these corporate pawn shops. As for the guy commenting about a white haired witch. You speak like someone whom has never been slapped in the f-ing mouth, but that's ok we have your remedy
