Loved staying in the Honey Bee. I plan on visiting again and staying in the other cabin. The owners make you feel like family and we didn't want to leave!! Best experience ever.

This property is beautifully rustic and perfectly located on the very edge of Woodland Park.  It's set off the main road by a good distance and is very peaceful after dark.  We could see the light atop Pike's Peak from the living room and front porch.  The Honey Bee cabin was a great size for a couple and Mr. Elwell was kind enough to allow our dog to stay their too (who enjoyed playing with their dog, Annie). 
There is a great deal of antique decor in the cabin as well as previous guests' memoirs on the wall dating as far back as 1956.  I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again and would strongly recommend for anyone who wants to stay in the area.
