Beautiful people in a beautiful place. Everyone was so nice. 2 years later... Almost every time I bring my mom here, everyone is so nice, especially Security Officer Knight. There are some things I'm not fond of, like Kaiser being able to tell me when they can see her. I'm too busy for that. But the ppl n majority of services have been awesome.

So far, I've had a great experience at this facility. My eye was jacked up and I was able to set up an appointment with the optometrist about an hour after the initial phone call. They had me return for multiple follow ups throughout the week and I never had to wait more than a few minutes each time, including a check in with the ophthalmologist downstairs (same day). The pharmacy is also conveniently located in the lobby. Ample parking too. All of the staff, from receptionist to dr.'s, were friendly and helpful. All notes about the appointments are also posted to my online account for easy reference. And my eye is all better! Thanks!

Optical

Purchasing contacts was the biggest letdown. They said I had a 200$ rebate if I bought an annual supply. AFTER the purchase they handed me a slip with the rebate information. Turns out the brand I bought was only a 55$ rebate. I am disappointed in the optical department's quality of service. If I didn't have to pay out of pocket to go somewhere else, I would. I might ditch kaiser optical during open enrollment this year. I'd give one star, but everything else about kaiser is fantastic for me so it evens out to three star.

Absolute worst kind of service. Arrived 15 minutes early as instructed. Name was called 45 minutes after appointment time. Waited another 30 minutes in the back before being seen. As soon as I can change providers, I will. #Sickening

For pediatrics I would have expected much better results. The worst possible place to go to for medical help. Hours of waiting with sick children. Make an appointment for 2:30 get seen at 4pm. Left with incomplete service no discharge papers. Half the medicine needed called in to pharmacy. Most unprofessional establishment I've ever been too.
