if any liquor store is open in Baltimore, it's this one.

open sundays, holidays, in the mornings, but I think they close after midnight.  i've never had an issue with parking.

bring cash, they have an ATM machine but don't accept debit/credit.  The staff is really quick and somebody will try to serve you if a consumer is holding the line, i.e. someone can't find cash or starts counting nickels/pennies.

if you are looking for certain booze that isn't found at most stores, they probably don't have it either.  but if they do, the price will probably be lower.

As the previous reviewer stated they do not accept debit/credit card but have an ATM. I wouldn't use the ATM. The entire place is the size of a bedroom, the aisles(3) are tight and cramped. I'd only go here on a Sunday as a last resort. The clientele will have you checking your wallet and running back to your car.

It's true this is in a a very low-class area, with various characters loitering around outside, but if you're googling for liquor stores open on Sunday, you probably don't care about that. The main thing is they have booze for sale on Sunday and they're open late, and have lots of people behind the counter.
