The entire staff is friendly and makes you feel like family. The general manager Tim Travis goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Clean rooms, and the kitchen is great! Would recommend to friends and family!

The employees are really nice. They also defuse any situation that could get worse. They make sure their guest are as comfortable as possible.

Very quiet. The staff is friendly. The management/ owners not so much. Don't have too much fun and minimal guests. Could have been cleaner but overall a quiet and affordable place to stay.

Rooms are appropriate for the price. Clean. There is a pharmacy and grocery store within walking distance and many nice restaurants in the area. 

Unfortunately the walls are thin like paper... Make sure you get a room on the highest floor. It sounds like the people above me are purposely jumping up and down after I called the front desk letting them know it sounding like a stampede of animals running around the room above me. I will not book here again. This is ridiculous. It’s called common courtesy people. And if it doesn’t come naturally... I think it’s something the hotel staff should mention when checking people in. It’s 2017. Believe it or not... people still lack home training.

Update: The stomping lasted until about midnight and proceeded this morning promptly before 6:00 am. To the people in room 318. You suck monkey balls. I hope your stay was as horrible as mine.

I had a problem with the company I went with to book hotel.  There was so much going on. My son was in hospital they were moving that weekend and it was just sooo stressful!   I thought I was gonna start crying but the manager Tim was AMAZING!  He went and straightened it all out for me.  I got situated and rested. That’s the 2nd time I’ve stayed there and was happy both times.  Room was clean employees were welcoming and polite.  It was a great location for me!  I will DEFINATELY stay there again but will call woodsprings directly to book room!  Thank you Tim so much for all your help!!
