Beds are too small, only big enough for one adult. Other than the cigarrette smoke smell all over the building, its my favorite place. Because of the laundry room, it drawed me. Plus I get the best deals on DO$H #Igain$

No problem at check-in, Beth was very courteous,even helped me with all the luggage I was traveling with since the luggage carrier was broken,had to hand carry all that to the room ourselves,then it was all down hill after that, my room was very uncomfortable to me when I walked into it,but it gets worst,didn't want to unpack anything at all, I always bring my Lysol disinfecting cleaning wipes with me when I travel just in case, as I was wiping things down to feel a little comfortable, here comes a roach out of nowhere, that was the last straw,couldn't sleep here for two days. But a refund was put back on my card and I stayed at the Holiday Inn down the road,didn't mind paying a little more for a clean room and a good nights sleep. Don't believe everything they are showing you or telling you, Please read and hear what others are saying that have been there. I am not sorry for this review,people need to know the truth about what they are selling you. Not exaggerating not one bit.

first time at a hotel and the customer service and hospitality was excellent, will be back if every I return back.

Very clean, nice and neat.....felt so comfortable sleeping in the bed....not specific about the smoking vs. Non-smoking rooms so a bit of confusion there but overall great place to stay!!!
