Price for a weekly stay is one of the best in the area. Rooms are clean. Compared to Studio 6 the rooms and amenities are not quite as well furnished, no kitchen items unless you 50, plus no coffee maker. They do offer free Internet (5 dollars at Studio 6). Towel service is self serve - not at Studio 6, unless you need towels more often than twice a week. There isn't a studio 6 in Pensacola so we went with these guys. They do have a reasonable pet policy for the Pensacola area (100 dollar one time fee). But again Studio 6 is better (20 dollar one time fee). Nearest Studio 6 is in Daphne AL (about 35 miles away).

Staff is super friendly and helpful! Overall the facility is in good repair and clean. The downsides is that the construction is not very noise proof so noisy even if neighbors on sides or above don't intend on being loud it can be. Woke us up a number of times, people talking, babies crying, etc. The beds are also very cheap and squeak, therefore if your neighbors are couples you get to hear that activity at night as well.

The room was clean enough but did have several hairs in the bathtub. The a.c. in the room was ok but did not always cool correctly. It was great for the price and was clean. It is bare needs which means no breakfast or pool. Just a room with weekly room service and you have to pay for more than 1 device to connect to the internet per room. You have to get your own towels daily because their isn't any daily room service.

Some will get some confusing info about "ValuePlace" (Even to the buildings looking the "same") - mainly because the licensee is basically the same company.  The similarities aren't superficial.  They run deep.  Having said this... It's all ValuePlace taken up a couple of notches without being much different in price per night.  Slightly more roomy, better beds, and it was perfect for the night I stayed at this location.  It's spartan, but it's good for bang for buck spent and if you're in the Pensacola, FL area for a week or more, why spend all your money on ritz and glitz?  Save it for what matters most.  If I was staying around, I'd have negotiated an extension from this location...and I'm particular about my accommodations.

The staff there is there worst downfall they are rude and nasty. They don't do house keeping but once a month so don't expect a normal hotel visit as they claim to be an extended stay hotel. But for 400 a week you can find a better place horrible
