Love this complex! I have lived here about 2 years and I can say that this is a reasonably priced apartment in a great location. Although you do get the occasional traffic/sirens because of Beaumont, it is worth it to be so close to downtown. Will and Penny always responds quickly to any concerns and maintenance is always the same day or next. The building is slightly older, but they are always redoing the units themselves and just installed a new security system on the building and put in new balconies this summer. I have not ran into anyone in the laundry room in the 2 years that I've been here so there's no fighting over machines. Overall, a great starter apartment and anyone who needs to be close to the hospital or enjoys the royal oak area :)

First review removed "strange" 🤔. When I moved in the phone lines behind the jack were missing. The toilet was clogged, and heat didn't work. The heat was shared across the building even tho initially they said you pay for what you use. Apartment was decent. One day I walked outside and many cars were keyed or had slashed tires including mine. My neighbors were nice. His comment is below.
