This is some of the best barbecue I have tasted  (probably the best in Parker County) but please turn the AC down to a normal temp. 

I got the sampler plate and the brisket was moist and flavorful, the ribs and chicken had excellent smoke flavor. I'm not big on sauce, but their sauce was excellent so just a small dab on the meat adds a great flavor. The food is 5 stars!

The downside of the place and the reason it only gets 3 stars is the temperature inside. It was 98 outside the day we went there and temp inside was make 80-85. If you don't get a table under a fan you will be sweating. I probably won't be going back until the fall. 

I don't understand the logic of some small business owners that think they are saving money by keeping the temp up, meanwhile customers are will stay away and not spend money in a place where they aren't comfortable.

The double barrel potato is amazing! The biggest downside I've found is that it is almost always a long wait to order, I've never seen a short line for dinner. A little pricey for small town fare, but the price is on par with most other BBQ joints.

Very good food with very generous portion sizes! And not that expensive considering how much you get for your money! Highly Recommend!!

The only item I tried was the ribs. I would not say that they are the "best" ribs I have ever had but they are pretty good. About average on price for BBQ and the place was pretty clean. Nice pickle / onion bar. I would stop again.

Wonderful restaurant with great food. Very fresh, friendly service, affordable prices. We really enjoy it here.
