Woody funeral gave me and my family the best experience in our time of greivence and welcomed us warmly by introducing their staffs and talking about their experiences working at the woody funeral home so it gave us some insite of who we were dealing with. Woodys funeral home has been with my church (Gospel LightChurch of Jesus Christ) for many years and handled two deaths in my family in a well professional manner. I was 21 when My mom died unexpectedly at the age of 35 from a spontaneous aneurysm 2 years ago a month after my birthday. Woody funeral Director Rudy was passionate, caring and put his job on the line to make sure my mother had a good service and was laid to rest. Director Rudy listen to our instructions to make sure my mom service was private, he talked about their security measures and Director Rudy was very flexible with our schedule and locations we wanted the service. We planned our service at their Funeral home but at the last minute we changed plans to our church and Rudy was ready for any changes we made. Woody funeral home allowed me and 3 other siblings to see my mom as she was sheltered at the home for some time, they allowed us to prepare her for her service and gave us muiltple views to make sure she was ready. Anytime my family was concern with something about her service Director Rudy told us "Don't worry about it" that was his favorite line. I had complete control of how my mom service was going to be coordinated and Director Rudy was very flexible with all my decisions. In the end I was a very satisfied customer. I would recommend woody funeral home any day

I work in the funeral business and this is the worst experience I have ever seen and witnessed. First off our out of date limos were 45 minutes late. Then the funeral home sets up the wrong plot at the cemetery. Me. Funeral director comes up with excuses for the mishap that make me feel like Then the limos leave the family at the church. Woodys is a joke. Stay away from this place with your family member. If you have to bury a family member use Whigham or Cotton or prepare for disappointment.
