There was a miscommunication with scheduling a grooming appointment and the owner called me to correct the error. I was impressed with conflict resolution and the fact that the owner called me on her day off to resolve the issue.

Absolute waste of money and extremely rude people.  My animals are scared to go there.  I will no longer bring my animals to this place.  Tired of being overcharged, and being treated like i need their services.  There are many other groomers in Lake Mary to choose from.  I would advise you all to stay away.  I don't agree with how they handle my dogs, and with the way they treat customers.  They should be fined for abuse and shut down.  Do your beloved pets a favor and stay away from this place.

Great place for high quality dog and cat food. I have been going here for close to 3 years. Recently it has gone under new ownership but so far still seems to be managed well. Grooming here is also well done with professional groomers.
