We came in for a nail clipping. My little dog HATES having his nails done. I warned them that he wasn't going to be cooperative and that it was honestly a two person job. They do the clipping and tell me that they cut one nail a little to short and show it to me. Ok no big deal it happens. The next day I give him a bath, and it turns out that they actually clipped two, too short. The nail that they didn't tell me about was terribly short, like they didn't slightly clip the quick they cut it right in the middle. My dog was bleeding everywhere and a little quick stop wasn't enough to get the bleeding to stop. We had to wrap his paw in gauze and leave in on for a day and a half before it would stop bleeding with out it. Don't take your pets here.

Had a puppy emergency and they got me in and out! My poor puppy decided to roll in some poop. I called to see if they had an appointment the same day to get her groomed and they did!  I dropped her off and they did "The Basics"  package for her and she looks adorable! The prices were reasonable and they even gave us a couple treats for her first time being there and her good behavior. I'd reccomend them for your pet needs! 
I also have another dog  that doesn't like to get groomed but I bought a treat from them for him and he loved it! Gobbled it up so quickly

I love this place! My dogs love coming here to get pampered and groomed and they love their treats! This is the best place I have taken my dog in the D.C. Area!

This rating is only based on the fact that online it says they close at 8 pm and I stoped by at 7:30 pm and it was closed. It's upsetting because it is my puppy's Birthday and I wanted to spoil him but I couldn't . I definitely wanted to give this a place a try because of the 5 star reviews.
