We are an exclusively female fitness center with no joining fee. All of our non-pole, non-yoga classes are $6 or less. If you sign up online through our mindbody site, you can get classes for as low as $4.75/class.

We are located just off Edgewood Drive on Creek Trail Drive (The street by the Brick House Deli) In the same building as Pools Made Possible and Custom Screen Printing. We are on the right hand side of the road across the street from AeroDry and Capital Cheer. Our sign is on our windows and doors.
