A family member was provided with very poor and unreliable nurse who will not do her job unless someone other than the disabled patient stand by and watch that it is done correctly. No complaint procedures are provided on their website. And if a complaint is made the owner or director does call you back. The person you speak to will not provide their full name when asked stating it's the company's policy also this policy is not on website or provided to you via email or fax when requested. The complaints are not documented or handled by this agency.
