Went in to look at the suits with kind of an idea what I wanted, Justin helped me find exactly what I needed and made sure all my peices matched perfectly, then went out of his way to get it tailored and pressed insanely fast.. I went from unsure shopper to confident suit owner in no time.. Thanks Justin!!

I had a perfect experience with Justin. Came in the store looking for a dress shirt and he measured me and hooked me up with the right outfit. Thanks to him it did not take long and I am now ready to get to this wedding. I highly recommend going to see Justin for all you outfit needs!

Came here looking for a suit for a Quinceañera, found excellent service, the guy measured the pants and everything, came out looking fresh,

Terrible customer service. They don't know how to properly greet customers. My man went into the store first to see if he could buy a purple tie for his grandmother's funeral. The guy was rude to my man, so my man walked out and told me "I don't like his attitude. " I convinced my man to go back inside and at least have a look. Honestly, I just wanted to get the shopping done. But the minute we walked back into the store, the guy yells out "What you don't want to spend $12 on the tie." His approach was rude and presumptive. We actually had more than enough money to spend and would've gladly helped to support his small business. But after his wacked attitude we chose to walk out. The ties he had were actually plain and ugly. He COULD'VE and  SHOULD'VE said "Hi! Welcome back. Are you still interested in a tie. I can help you whenever you are ready." But instead he lost potential customers. SMH! WHATEVER happened to good customer service?
