Without purchasing extra massage, there is not many things to enjoy it. Relaxing area shouldn't be that opened so every time people crossing and looking at you even many staffs. The food takes forever.

Problematic - talking goes on while being massaged, door is constantly open during session, tip is demanded by attendant, was not satisfied with 20% tip. Not as relaxing as advertised. It is clean but not a decent spa.
