I have used World Travel Services for the first time this year and it definitely will not be the last. The service that Dyana provided for myself and group of 4 other ladies to Italy was excellent.  Very professional and courteous. Each question (5 ladies have a lot of questions!) was answered promptly and researched if needed.  I highly recommend Dyana for your next trip whether near or across the world. We plan to!!

Dyana Thomas is my travel agent and she is the absolute best! She cares about your travel experience and goes out of her way to ensure your trip is worry free! She pays attention to the small details and she's very considerate of the travelers regardless of their age. She tailored my vacations to fits my needs. She thought of things I overlooked (priceless).   I decided to take a last minute trip (less than 2 weeks notice) to the Bahamas with my 2 teenage boys and I just knew it would cost a fortune if it were even possible; well Dyana made it happen as if it were planned months in advance. If you want exceptional customer service, call her! I trust with with my vacation planning. She won't let you down. :-)

WTS and Ms Dyana Thomas are simply outstanding. My family made the decision to "do Europe" on the 4th of December, leaving on the 17th, to include Germany, France, England Scotland and Iceland. Over the holidays of course most things are long booked. However, after contacting Ms Thomas she went right to it. Airlines, hotels, trains all of which were excellent in all ways; concierge, transfer services , rooms amenities, food! She also kept us apprised of each decision and prices , issues etc. She also kept in contact with us through the whole vacation to makes sure everything worked eg. for Icelandair mechanics strike, WTS got us rebooked to Lufthansa within 2 hours.

Ms Thomas obvious experience in the cities, Berlin, Dusseldorf, Paris, London, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Reykjavik was just what we needed (a couple of hours on the web convinced us to let a professional do it for us). She knew what local and cool hotels to send us to. Hotels were all first class and right down in the hearts of the cities which is what we wanted to see. While the hotel breakfasts were excellent my daughters went out to local bakeries for morning starts. Europe knows how to bake.

Being typical tourists she booked the tours that lets us decide when where and what we wanted to see (no time pressure). Each city has a "city pass" and a hop on/off Big Bus tour that operates all day. We  would not have known this without her expertise. Europe's' trains across the EU continent were just great; security hassles are nonexistent, food and service was good and changes were simple.

We will be going back for Southern Europe next next Summer and will leave it in Ms Thomas' hands. I can without reservation (ouch) recommend World Travel Service for their expertise.

Dyana is awesome.  I worked with her when planning a massive six-week trip across SE Asia.  I never could have planned it myself - and I would have missed out on so much if I tried.

Dyana does a great job listening and getting down exactly what you are looking for.  She works hard to find and fit in the right experiences for a trip of a lifetime.  There was a lot of planning, many last-minute changes and tons of final details, and she was on top of it all.

I'll be using her again and very highly recommend her to others.
