Very resentful and unprofessional management/Ownership. I worked for World Wide nearly 9 months and they constantly filled my inbox with many potential assignments. However, they would intentionally steer you to the locations that would benefit the company. Also, I was denied an earned bonus after successfully completing a contract, because I refused to resign at the same location . They talk a good game but they are all about the money.

As a current employee for the past year, I have to say, by far- this is the best job I have ever had. Not only is the job itself rewarding, but they make it so easy for you to want to be apart of their company and mission statement. They are kind and understanding, and I have never had a problem or saw something I didn't like or questioned. I am constantly being asked my thoughts of this company and have nothing but good things to say. I not only highly recommend applying but strongly encourage finding employment within their agency. As a single parent, I have the flexible scheduling that I needed for my family and income that I dont struggle making ends meet. This will allow me to finally be able to finish nursing school (which almost seemed impossible until I was hired) and I look foward to continuing my employment after graduation. On another note- Kevin, my agent, is the most down-to-earth person and always checking in on things and making sure all is well. If you ever get him as an agent- your in great hands!! Again, I am very thankful for them and for allowing me to continue this opportunity and strongly encourage you to apply!

At the end of my contact, they miscalculated my total hours, missing 11 hours. Even after pointing this out to them, I was still unable to get ANY of my completion bonus because I missed a total of 28 hours, and was not allowed to make them up in any form during or after the contract. No prorated bonus as previously promised. I also referred another nurse for their referral program. I was told since she missed a day of work during her contract, I was ineligible to receive any of the referral bonus. Always check their calculations, especially on contracts and paychecks. I have found many "mistakes."
