Ordered last night and honestly won't order from them again. We had a item missing, rice was overcooked, and we got wrong items. I'm sorry, if I'm paying over $70 for food ordered on Uber eats, at least get our sub-par food right. I understand this is a ghost kitchen for other "restaurants", but the quality shouldn't be affected. Don't eat here if you're the type of person to gets mad they had to pay for food that they honestly could have made better at home and for half the cost. Hell, frozen bao from M2M is better than what they have here. The baos were average, no "wow" factor at all. The veggie dumplings were the only saving grace to our meal, but don't even waste your money on them.

Worst food I've had all year so far. I can not believe these guys can't tell the difference between Chicken teriyaki and Kung Pao chicken. They don't even care that they mess up the order and food AND will not fix it even when proof is provided. IF I WERE YOU? RUN, DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Hot garbage every location especially Wow Bao 8507 14th Ave S, Seattle, WA 98108  I've NEVER had burnt chinese food in all my life and this was the worst. They need to close down all these locations sad but true.  Like this experience is soo bad I'm literally contemplating if I need to reach out to the health department to send a food inspector or something because it's that bad The workers are extremely unprofessional and don't care

Ordered delivery. I got the orange chicken. The container was too big for the dish— all the rice was to one side and the sauce pooled on the other. There were literally only 2 pieces of chicken. The rest was rice and diced tomatoes. The presentation just made it look like they gave me someone’s leftovers- dumped in a box. I understand I ordered delivery didn’t expect it to look amazing but this looked disgusting. I decided to try it at least and the taste was underwhelming.

Late night food from uber eats waited next day to respectfully make this review. If it was priced as poor quality late night food id be fine cause you “get what you pay for.” That wasn’t the case!  1. Orange chicken… DONT DO IT! 2. Chicken teriyaki mid at best 3. Dumplings were small but prob best thing I did

I feel bad for the owners, the workers are making them loose money. Three door dashers came to get orders, bro got mad we asked him about the orders on his break. No one making food, I had a big order too. I didn't even want to talk to the employee I just left and canceled the order. Really bad customer service.

Wish I looked at the reviews before I ordered!  didn't get the right order and the bao were honestly pretty gross.

Unprofessional employees. They definitely shouldn’t be allowed to be an active business in State of Washington.

This place could be a public health hazard. Don’t wish harm but they either need to turn it around and rebrand or close unfortunately.

It’s a food truck behind the dark alley. I think it’s a dark kitchen concept, they serve foods from multiple restaurants.  As far as the food goes, I liked Panda Express better. But good packing, presentation and gave utensils as well.

Ghost kitchen serving food from many restaurants. Do not recommend.
