Love this place! I went for an oil change and to have a light bulb replaced! Scott was super nice and friendly and they didn’t have the bulb in stock for my headlight but were able to get me one in less than 20 mins! Excellent service!

There is nothing I dislike about this car wash. The machines are all well maintained, the prices are reasonable (especially for how clean your car gets), employee are friendly and helpful, and the grounds are always kept clean. I will continue coming here whenever I am in the Trinity area.

I normally go to Wow Express for my oil changes. Today, however, I had a flat tire and took it to Wal-Mart Auto Center, not realizing that Wow also did tire repairs. Once at Wal-Mart, I figured I would get my oil changed there since I was already in for the tire. They told me that they would not change the oil because there was a broken cap, and even suggested that whoever did my previous oil change was the one responsible for breaking the cap and to go back to them. Well, we went back to Wow and they pulled us up in their system and saw that the cap had already been broken prior to us coming to them for our previous oil changes. Even so, they called and had a replacement cap delivered promptly and even payed for half of it! And they weren't even the ones responsible for breaking it!! They even upgraded our wash to 'The Works'! I have never been to an Auto Repair/Oil Change center with better customer service! We will definitely be taking ALL of our car care needs to them first!

Great 1st experience! I went here because of Google reviews and they didn't disappoint. Prices were great, staff was friendly and not overly pushy sales people, and got a free car wash.

WOW express is the fastest oil change place I was in and out in like 5-7 minutes I have been their many times and I will keep going Fred and the crew are very nice, professional and fast. The prices are great and low.
