Too bad they get any stars at all? This credit union is as bad or worse than banks. I went in to buy a $10 roll of quarters and they refused to exchange the cash money for coins. My Mom is an account holder and I do shared transactions with them thru my credit union. They refused to let me exchange money but I did this type of transaction just a week ago with this branch location and today they refused to do it at all unless I have an account with them. I'm a Wright State Student and our University has a direct partnership with Wright Patt because we have a small branch inside our school. I will never do anymore transactions with Wright Patt Credit Union and my Parents said they will close their accounts too. This is just too controlling. How do anybody on the face of the earth have this much power and control over money? I mean as simple as changing currency type was refused and the fact that I've bought rolls of coins from them before is puzzling? Is because I am black? I mean lets be just down right honest! Limit Black Peoples ability to deal with money?? Or maybe I'm wrong maybe it's not a race issue but somebody better prove it to me, and if I'm proven wrong, then I accept being wrong but right now I have a problem with how I was treated. Their Manager Lisa came and talk to me about it and took up more of my time to explain that they won't sell me or exchange my cash for coins unless I have an account. What is America coming to? Stop all this total control and power over the damn money. You all are control and power freak of nature over people of color or even any color if turns out to be that way. Shame on you Wright Patt for commenting and/or replying back to all the 5 Star reviews. You need to respond to all the comments good or bad. I find you guys to be down right cowards for that. Own your ratings 1 or 5! The Nerve! Please note, my anger and frustration is not towards Good White People but folks in your race make it hard to do the simple things in life nowadays. Also, note, if all black people were running the banking/currency industry and they treated me the same way you better believe I would call them out too and would not hold my tongue to anyone treating me in such a manner.

Credit Unions are awesome!!  This Credit Union gives an annual dividend bonus based on how much they brought in the previous year (in excess of operation cost) and how many services you use.  No bank would ever do that!  Great service too!  Credit Unions are member owned.

They are so caught up on making them self safe. They do not care about the people that made them in the first place.
Web sight is down now for over 24 hr. No warning? No info? Called and none of them even knew what was going on! Had to get to a upper manger and she only knew that this is there doing, But was told that it would be fix by 6 pm...
The next day on the Saturday 11/ 22/2014 the sight is still not up and running? No e-mail, No called Nothing!
So beware they just do not care about you!!!
