Have been in the store a few times to shop. I have not made a purchase yet. They have a big selection of everything you could want to furnish your home. I am moving in a few weeks and wanted to start planning for my new apartment. The staff was really helpful and patient with me, even after coming in multiple times without placing an order. They only stock high quality furniture so if you are looking for cheap stuff go somewhere else. I intend to purchase a bedroom set here.

I went into the store to pick out a new sofa/recliner and love seat. I told them that I wanted to pick out something that was in stock and have it delivered the same day. This was very important to me. The items that I picked out I was told were all in stock and would be delivered later in the day. After I got the call that they were on the way I was informed that they did not have the sofa in stock and would have to order it and would be in in a couple of weeks. After waiting more than a month and calling several times I told them I wanted to cancel and return the recliner and love seat and have my money refunded. I would have been glad to pay a fair price for the time that I used the items. I was told that I would have to pay 25% restocking fee and I only could get store credit for the rest. Since this was totally 100% not my fault that the items I picked out were not in stock I should be able to get a refund. Later I was told that they did have the sofa in stock but it was damaged. The problems could have been avoided by calling me before they loaded any items into a truck and delivering them to me. They should have called me and I would have picked out something different and have it delivered that day. I find in my opinion that they are not honest...they do not return phone calls as promised and do not do what they say. This is not a good way to do business. I would not recommend buying furniture from them. Ashley Furniture or Conns are a better choice in my opinion.

Service is great once your credit checks out..... I special ordered a sofa from them in February, when the sofa came in it didn't have the silver nail heads on the front like we ordered. That was my first issue. I was also charged for a $60 dollar delivery fee, I would have had no issue paying for this if I didn't pick up my furniture myself from the store. I have called many times, complained many times, all to no avail. I have been told so many lies that I can't count them all on both hands. Currently I'm still waiting on my nail heads and my refund for my delivery fee and it is now the middle of july. Once you are out of the store, they do not care if your order is wrong. They will tell you lie after lie just to get you off of the phone. Do not buy......

Went to the store to see the red tag pieces. Bought a chair. Happy with that, but they dropped the ball in communication and delivery on a rug we bought. 3.5 months later we asked for a refund on a rug that never made it to their store. Disappointed in the way they let it go for so long.
