Terrible visit. Dismissed my thoughts on my skin issue, and had no solutions for me. I ended up finding what the issue was through multiple testings of various creams. Was beyond condescending. He would not accept my theory as to why I was breaking out since he is a man of "western medicine." It took me and my four other nineteen-year-old college friends to solve my issue. None of us have had prior medical experience.
Better luck going to the nearest pharmacy store.

Rude. Hurried. Dismissive of a mother concerned for her child. I went and sought a second opinion with Rebecca Jones and was much more content with the respect with which we were treated. Our concerns are validated now and we will be receiving the genetic testing for my daughter that we were seeking.
Dr. Richard could have been much more helpful with regard to helping us investigate and/or steer us on our next course of action. 
Because of him we were redirected back to our pediatrician and then had to continue to wait for another dermatologist appointment elsewhere. I would say that if you don’t want to deal with infants as patients, it might be time to either make that known or maybe even retire. Gordon did us all a favor in that respect. This is the second time a dermatologist has scratched a mole with his fingernail in my presence as a means of determining wheather it might be something to be concerned about. Not a legitimate medical procedure in my opinion. 
Regardless, it was another more upsetting Epidermal issue that has us worried and DR Richard made us feel as if we are not merited when it is known that these skin manifestations can have serious implications regardless of the fact that they can at times also be innocent and harmless. Give your business to a more compassionate doctor.

Dr. Wyatt is a fine, highly-skilled physician who cares deeply about his work.  Very highly recommended.
