I don't know where to start.  the owner..Kirk is awesome,smart knowledgeable,wonderful story teller and amazing that he can remember your name your purchase's(many for us),and then more!  I love his designs. Too many words to describe the shopping experience there!

I took a watch here to get some more holes punched in the band because it was too big, plus a pearl earring because the pearl detached from the stud. The additional holes in the watchband don't match the spacing or shape of the previous holes and don't follow a straight line. The pearl earring has visible epoxy all around the edge of the stud. I'm not sure if that can even be fixed. Very sloppy work for both items.

Awesome! So nice and friendly. They really want to take care of you. They fixed a necklace and resized a ring for a very reasonable price. The owner was also featured on the news for replacing a wedding ring for free that had been stolen from a couple who were about to get married and couldn't afford to buy new ones. This will now be the first place I go for buying and repairing jewelry.

Went in for a simple battery change..was told it would take about an hour..came back & she informed me that she meant 2 hours..came back in two & I was told that he couldn't get the bracelet back on..that I could have their watchmaker take care of it but he only came in once a week..agreed and came back only to find my watch had not been fixed & I had been charged..she apologized & said it would be taken care of and ready in a week..this whole process went on for a month..I came back & the watch was fixed; however the bracelet was put on backwards..need I say more...the perfect Marx Bros movie...
