Everything is good ,nice facility, my experience with employees its been good ,nice  facility, better than the old place. But always is room for improvement. I talk about SWING,  it take too long. I am understand that they are busy, but I the same time, we as a drivers, loads need to be  delivered also with the new log book law, time is running. My hope and my feed back is: on swings try not to take too long. So far I have one hour and twenty minutes waiting to be swing. Other than that ,all it is good.

I love it..best job I ever had.learning so much in such a short time.are management is the best they really care safety first..are crew is the best we rock.thank you Jesus. May he always have his strong loving arms around us all with a headge of protection godspeed

Much better than the old place. Have to be in the system to get in, so hoping next time it's faster.

Easy in and out once you're registered. Roadability was very slow because there were 3 drivers ahead of me all getting tires. Not WIT's fault drivers can't do a proper post trip.

So many problems with the terminals. Every time I outgate it gives me the "Outgate Problems" message. Then I wait for 5 minutes until it lets me put in the same info I had just entered. Then maybe it will let me out. Maybe. Many times we go through the process again. All of this after waiting behind many other trucks already to get to the terminal. All of whom have been going through the same process. FIX YOUR SYSTEM KCS!
