I love Dr. Beddice at Wyncote Family Medicine! He couldn't be more knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate. He is a down to earth professional whose expertise and trust surely earns him the respect of each one of his patients. He takes the time to really get to know the patient and cares about their physical and emotional health. I had many questions about a variety of topics, and he answered each one patiently and took his time with all. I am so thankful that I found a caring doctor of this caliber.

I was new to the area and was referred to this office after an ER visit. I have been very pleased by my experiences at the practice. They have an emergency on-call number for after hours, weekend and week night appointments, and an in-house lab limiting the need for lab travel. 
I feel very blessed to have received Dr. Dupree as my primary care physician. As I was new to the area I have been alone and have been relying heavily on my doctors for support. Dr. Dupree listens to my concerns, informs me about various benefits or concerns, and encourages me to make knowledgeable decisions about my own health. She has always been available via phone or email when I have a concern during business hours. I come from a very rural area where access to efficient medical care is not always a guarantee as a result I cannot begin to express how impressed I am with the service I have received. I truly believe that Wyncote Family Medicine goes above and beyond for their patients and that Dr. Dupree is an excellent standard of both care and compassion.

Very respectful practice. Courteous staff and the Dr.'s are  very good especially Dr. Matthews. My entire family goes there and we are pleased with their service.

Administrative staff is absolutely terrible. Office is constantly "in a meeting". Certainly not operating the way I knew and loved this practice growing up. Front desk does NOT COMMUNICATE with each other. Sends referrals to the wrong office, ignored an insurance claim for months. Absolutely hate trying to make an appointment because NO ONE ANSWERS the phone! And in the rare instance they do, yoh get a rowdy attitude filled staff member who sounds like she hates her job.

Worst practice I've ever been to. Dr. Beddis spent the entire appointment yawning and reacting to everything I said with a condescending attitude. After telling him the problem I've been experiencing, he leaned his head back and laughed in an exasperated tone. Also, I had my blood drawn from a woman WHO WAS NOT WEARING GLOVES, and also EATING. The arm she drew blood from is still bruised and the bruise is spreading. Attached are photos taken 5 days after the appointment
