Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful hotel. Great rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast every morning was wonderful. Had a great experience. Definitely would stay again.

A very modern-looking Hotel. Lots of marble and the staff was very friendly. The room could be bigger but everything looks brand new and up to service. If there was anything to complain about it would be the parking if you drive. They don't have any public parking for say and the valet was $25 a night. That being said,  I would definitely stay here again.

UPDATE:
After returning home and checking my credit card statement, I saw that they went ahead and charged my credit card TWICE without my permission. Illegal behaviour. Avoid this hotel. 

I very rarely leave reviews, unless if I've received exceptional or dreadful service. 
Unfortunately for me, this hotel aimed for the latter, and gave me an overall terrible experience. 

Upon checking into my room, I found the bathroom smelling strongly of pee. I requested a room change, and found the second room better, but lacking bath towels. 
I called the front desk, and found the female manager to be very condescending and unhelpful. 

My friend's had requested me to book one additional room for them at the front desk, but due to personal circumstance, they were unable to take it. 

I explained this to the same manager sitting at the front desk, seeing as only a few minutes had past since my room reservation, and I did not even enter the room, I apologized and asked what she could do for me. 

"You already checked in. I can't do anything," was the exact response she gave to me. 
I found out that she was not the general manager, and I requested she call the general manager for assistance to which she responded, "She is busy, and she won't talk to you."

I asked if there was anything else we could do. "You think I will risk my job for you? I can't." 

So I called Wyndham customer service centre, and they cancelled my reservation free of charge. 

This hotel looks neat and tidy, has nice facilities, but is dampened by the horrible customer service. 

I urge you to please, not stay here, unless if you like rude and inconsistent service.

The hotel was very nice and in a very nice location. It was within walking distance of all essential needs. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the area and would print us out the directions for anything we asked for. We had an issue with our room and the manager even paid for our uber to take the kids on an outing due to our issue. Great stay at a great price...even so, it is a distance from the main new york attractions.

Very clean, decent continental breakfast. Good views and some street parking. Brothers pizzeria delivers to this hotel. Can't express how new and clean this place feels. Definitely would stay here again.
