Room was nice. Good shower pressure. Enjoyed the game room and my daughter enjoyed exercising in the gym. The complimentary breakfast was nice as well. Only downside was that our bathroom faucet was broken, so once it was turned on, it wouldn't always turn off. Also, the extra fees that are preauthorized on the card for the room were a little disappointing. Would've been nice to know about that before checking in.

It was a great hotel experience minus the amenities of not having shampoo, conditioner nor soap in the bathroom. The late night staff was amazing but the morning staff left much to be desired. The room was very clean and had no qualms about the stay, I have just had better experiences

The walls here are *paper thin.* Even in our suite where we had the living room, then a door separating the bedroom (with the door closed), we could hear a lot of the comings and goings of people in the hallway. The housekeeping banged on the doors and yelled "housekeeping" at seemingly every room in the hallway and we could hear them from any part of our room, even though they weren't at our actual room. I tried to write some notes with the provided pen and pad of paper and the pen had no point and no ink. Just an empty tube with a lid. The AC unit was right next to our bed, at bed-level, so whenever it kicked on, the person on that side of the bed got frozen. It was also incredibly loud. We could hear some of the traffic from 202 and/or Route 1 all night - mostly bigger trucks. Do not stay here unless you have earplugs. Also, the bathroom doesn't have a fan. That isn't really a huge deal to me, but it seemed quite strange that a bathroom with a shower didn't have a fan to prevent mold from growing. The shower itself was spacious, but the shower head was VERY low. My husband is about 5'7" and if he had been any taller, he would have had to stoop to get his head wet. We stayed here on our wedding night, so I really appreciated the makeup remover towelette that was provided, but everything else made it a pretty mediocre-at-best hotel stay.

Unfortunately, I have very few positive things to say about this hotel. I called a few months ago to book a room for my friend's wedding in October. I was told I would receive a confirmation email, which never came. When I called back I found out my name and email address were spelled wrong. The woman I spoke to never confirmed my information, which was frustrating. Fast forward to our actual stay. We arrived and got a lackluster greeting from the front desk. Not warm or friendly at all. Went up to the room and had the following complaints: crooked bathroom door that barely closed, no hairdryer in the room, no fan in the bathroom, very low shower head, tv not plugged in, alarm clock not plugged in, pillows on the bed were very small (like they ran out of regular size), and finally the AC was at bed level and was spitting out dust or some other debris. The elevator was also extremely slow for a building with 5 floors. I was completely surprised by the overall bad experience because Wyndham tends to have a good reputation. If you want my advice, don't stay here! There are several other options in that area and no reason to settle. Hotel rooms are not cheap and people deserve to be comfortable and happy.

Great accept.... maintenance let themselves in my room claiming to fix something in the bathroom 30 mins after I checked in... did not knock or call... not sure why this even happened still
