Our stay at the Wyndham Garden Inn was relaxing and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and the rooms felt spacious and clean. The highlight of our hotel stay was getting to meet Tree (the front desk associate) who checked us in and explained the features of the hotel. She was personable and friendly and always made sure we were enjoying our stay whenever we would see her. If you're looking for an affordable, clean and friendly hotel to stay in the area, the Wyndham Garden Inn is the place to be.

I was very appreciative of the hospitality! The two ladies that helped me with both check-in and check-out were extremely helpful! Because of an unexpected change in flight times, I arrived to New Orleans earlier than expected. I was thoroughly delighted to know that I could check in early which helped me out a lot! Even though I was so happy with the service given, I was a bit let down by the facility itself. Even though the hotel is under construction, I was more upset with the condition of the room. When I first opened the door, I couldn't help but notice how muggy my room was. This was easily fixed by turning down the air conditioning unit. Also, I noticed that the bathroom was not as clean as I would want it to be. These things I overlooked, but they should be acknowledged at some point. Also I would recommend adding a few more mirrors into the rooms. A refrigerator and a microwave would also be very helpful for guests as there are so many wonderful restaurants around the Kenner, Metairie, and New Orleans area that we would all like to enjoy. Overall, my stay was satisfactory. I would say that if these improvements are made, I would definitely be able to give this hotel a 5-star rating.

Staff was okay... had to find somebody to check in tho.... But she did have a nice and pleasant attitude and she apologized for not being available..! The rooms were nice even tho we were only there for a short time... But I will visit again a

This place is very nice to stay. The front desk service and housekeeping were extremely nice and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned. The only problem I had was the manager at the bar. She was complaining about the free voucher drinks that was giving by Groupon and my room key didn't work at time, but other than that I liked it here and would stay again..

The worst experience of any hotel I've ever had. 1st room smelled like vomit, had hair in the bed and no toilet paper. This hotel takes in canceled flight bookings from the airlines so it creates a disaster! Was moved to the 2nd room and some lady got assigned the same room and just walked into to room while we were laying down. Ended up feeling bad for her and just leaving the elderly lady the room. Waited 4 hours before we actually got the room we stayed in. The lone lady at the front had to deal with everyone single handedly. I felt so bad for her... the kitchen and maintenance guy were trying to help, but it was just a big ole mess! I will say... other than the mess, hotel staff with the exception of the over night lady with the mustache that was obviously just mad at the world, went above and beyond trying to make things better so for them I gave a 2 star ... they can't help the crappy hotel and short staff. Will never stay here again.
